Dates selected for barCamp Brooklyn.....

We finally did it.

BarCampBrooklyn is coming.  This summer.  Friday August 27th and Saturday August 28th, 2010. 

After a lot of thought, teeth knashing and asking about, we decided that the summer is the only time that Brooklynites past and present can come together to share experience and perspectives on what did and does make up Brooklyn.  Current locals can learn from the natives and maybe the natives can learn about the new blood in town.  Change is the only constant in Brooklyn, even if it takes a generation or three;)

So many issues to make progress on...so take a look around and consider participating.
